Q promised they’d be coming to London, ON and now the details on the upcoming show have emerged!
Thursday March 8th, Q will broadcast live from the historic, The Grand Theatre.
Guests will include Great Lake Swimmers, with brand new material from their upcoming release, New Wild Everywhere. Plus, Lara St John, the renowned classical violinist (and London native!). The show will also feature an amazing cast of local artists and heroes.

Please join us for a live taping of Canada’s favourite literary battle – Canada Reads: True Stories (hosted by Jian!). For the first time ever, Canada Reads is all about non-fiction.
This year’s panel includes:
Actor Alan Thicke defending The Game by Ken Dryden
Dragons’ Den costar Arlene Dickinson defending Prisoner of Tehran by Marina Nemat
Juno award-winning musician Shad defending Something Fierce by Carmen Aguirre
Supermodel Stacey McKenzie defending On a Cold Road by Dave Bidini
Quebec’s Judge Judy, Anne-France Goldwater defending The Tiger by John Vaillant
There will be four live and lively shows for which you can be an audience member, February 6 – 9.

Today Q announced an intimate live audience show in Toronto, featuring Brooklyn based band, The National.
This show, which will be Q‘s last live audience show of the year, will take place on December 8th @ CBC Toronto’s Glenn Gould Studio @ 9 AM – 11 AM.
Tickets are $15 and can be purchased here. Ticket holders are asked to arrive by 8:15 AM. Can’t wait!

Canada Reads 2012 reveal!

The Canada Reads: True Stories books and celebrity panelists will be revealed by Jian on Wednesday’s episode of Q.
Following the announcement, the 2012 panelists will meet the authors they’re championing at a public live event in CBC Toronto’s Atrium. This event will begin Wednesday @ 12 PM and can be watched in person or online. More information located here!
